A Baggage Room is available for early arrival and late departure.
Toilet and shower facilities are available if your room is unavailable.
DEPOSIT: 50% OF THE TOTAL COST OF THE BOOKING IS REQUIRED AS A DEPOSIT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE BOOKING BEING MADE.
The balance is payable ONE MONTH prior to arrival or the booking will be forfeited.
CANCELLATIONS: More than one month prior to arrival: full refund less 15% of the total value of the booking.
Less than one month prior to arrival: no refund will be given unless the room is fully rebooked.
If the room is fully rebooked a full refund less 15% of the total value of the booking will be made.

Our Snowsports Guarantee
|
At Viking we offer a Snowsports guarantee: which means that if less than 3 ski runs are open 48 hours prior to your arrival we will refund all monies received less 15% of the total cost of the booking.
(This guarantee applies every day of the declared Victorian Ski Season, except Queen's Birthday Weekend)
