Booking conditions

Deposits:  A 50% deposit is due within 7 days of making a booking otherwise the booking is automatically cancelled.

Book & pay a 50% deposit before April 1 2008 & receive a 10% dicount on your accommodation costs
(Available to DIRECT BOOKINGS ONLY)

Balances:  The balance of a booking is due 1 month prior to your arrival or the booking is forfeited and any deposit paid will not be refunded.

Cancellation conditions

If a booking is cancelled more than one month prior to arrival:
A full refund less 15% of the total value of the booking will be made.

If a booking is cancelled less than one month prior to arrival:
No refund will be given unless the room is fully rebooked.
If the room is fully rebooked a full refund less 15% of the total value of the booking will be made.

	Our Snowsports Guarantee
At Viking we offer a Snowsports guarantee: which means that if less than 3 ski runs are open 48 hours prior to your arrival we will refund all monies received less 15% of the total cost of the booking. (This guarantee applies every day of the declared Victorian Ski Season, except Queen's Birthday Weekend)
